These bulbs are used to replace Philips 2.2V 470ma KPR-104 incandescent bulb in a handheld flashlight. The LED bulb white plastic ring outer diameter was just a little too big to fit the lightbulb retaining hole. The white plastic ring was reduced in outer diameter by using a Dremel tool. Then it fit perfectly in the flashlight bulb hole. The light is bright white and current is 15ma. Thank you!
