I had to go through ebay and actually talk to an ebay representative. He got the ball rolling and today I received the refund for the one I did not receive. I wish the seller had answered my request in the messaging as it would have been less work. It is difficult to be able to find a way to talk to an ebay representative on the website. He was helpful.
