The CF Type II Adapter works with iPod Minis! Better value compared to iFlash adapters. I used it with a Samsung SD card and had zero issues. Adapter arrived quickly and in good condition.

A great bridge to old CF users!

It is durable and easy to use, and works well with newer SD cards with older DSLR which has only CF slots. This gear is a perfect solution to bridge between CF to SD cards use!

  • Top critical review

    Not worth the effort

The card would work for a few shots and then cause an error code on the camera. The last image would not write to the card and it was necessary to turn the camera off and remove the battery in order to unlock the mirror and shutter. I would have rated it a ZERO Stars, if possible.

  • A nice update to a Canon 7D

Micro SD cards are much cheaper and easier to find than Compact Flash, and many manufacturers have switched to Micro SD, and so should you. This item was easy to install and accepted a 64GB Micro SD memory card without issue. I tested the burst mode and buffer on the Canon 7D and it's much quicker than the 633X compact flash I was previously using. This is the least expensive, yet most necessary upgrade you can do for your Compact Flash device.

  • A Real Winner

This adapter allows the use of SD cards in Compact Flash cameras. The benefit is that not only are SD cards cheaper for any given capacity (much more widely used), but many computers have SD slots in them, so SD cards are easily read anywhere. There doesn't seem to be any degradation of the photos with my Canon 5D or 7D.

  • Use SD cards in the CF slot of your DSLR

Works well with my Canon 7D. I have a SD slot in my laptop so using this adapter allows me to transfer photos from my DSLR to my laptop with ease.
