    Unreliable seller. I purchased a replacement LCD for an ECG, but it was never shipped. First, the seller told me they were on vacation, then they said the item was defective and couldn’t be shipped. In the end, they offered me a refund. I wasted over a month and a half waiting, missing the opportunity to buy from others, and I also lost money because the refund didn’t cover currency exchange fees. eBay should monitor these kinds of unfair practices more closely.
