      Seller listed and charged U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL. Seller then “forgot” to ship. I contacted seller and he said he would get his wife to drop parcel off. Seller then changed shipper from USPS PRIORITY MAIL to UPS GROUND, without informing me and still charged for USPS PRIORITY MAIL..! TWO WEEKS later a dented box and dinged hat arrives. Arrogant negligence and charging for good shipper and switching to bad. What should have been an easy transaction turned into a mess!…!
