The shipper actually is the company they are purchasing the chairs from and reselling them on EBAY. Cevi-Med, was supposed to ship the chairs per their shipping timeline. August 18. I ended up being fine with that. But, this seller decided to save face and refund my money and asked me to revise my feedback. Still a fraud. Be careful....
