    Slim version internals and externals

    The upgrades were good over fat console, Jasper cured RROD, but unit still loud. Slim is quite as a church mouse. Hard Drive went internal, power supply external. Size is smaller. Love grill and chrome ideas along edges wish they had kept the matte finish shiny finish is a mark and finger print magnet.

    When this arrived, I was ecstatic, as it also arrived with the game I ordered alongside it. However, as I was playing it on the higher graphics settings, it froze often. As it turns out, it was overheating awfully; the previous owners never dusted the inside. As of now, I have yet to open it up and see how much I can clean it, but it is rather annoying. It does its job, though, and I haven't had any issues beyond that, minus some cosmetic damage that I already knew was there.

    Great Old-School games, Netflix, Youtube (without any subscription service)

    I have a Playstation 4 so this is great with Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 from the downloadable Mortal Kombat Collection, Silent Hill 2 and 4, all types of previous generation games. Playstation 4 is my favorite, but it is missing all of the older games. Mortal Kombat even has a joystick that is identical to the arcade.

    Great fun, even on a budget!

    There was a time when this was the state of the art. It's not far off from that even now. Graphics and user interface have held up very well. Game design is excellent. There's no real downside to this game platform.

    Great interchangeable unit.

    It is the same exact unit as my old one. My memory interchanged so it is like as if my old unit was still functional as it should be but this is a brand new unit. I hope to get as much use out of this console as my old one. Thanks.
