Rang the company and the "eBay manager was supposed to ring me back........... he didn't. He's was a nightmare to deal with. On 2 further occasions he promised to contact the courier and get back to me. He didn't. Eventually he promised a 10% discount. I even had to ring him and remind him of this refund when it wasn't recieved and he blamed the accounts department. I will never use this company.
