The seller packaged the hard drive nicely with peanuts, bubble wrap and a static bag. I had to delete partitions in the disk management and reformat it as a NTFS, I'm using this drive as a backup drive. This drive works amazing. Great price to me it was a steal. The shipping was very quick and they sent it out within the hour I bought it. The laptop works perfectly, with the problems described in the listing. The only thing that wasn't listed was the not functioning hdmi, but I have a usb hub so it doesn't really matter.
