  Ordered two low profile MCX312A cards but they arrived with high profile brackets which won't fit in my servers. I contacted the seller explaining the issue that I was shipped the wrong cards and they were able to send over replacement low profile brackets quickly. Yes, I did have to change it myself but better than having to ship the cards back when it's something I could easily do. Great price and great shipping times!

  Item received was technically not what was in the picture. The holo sticker is different on the back of the card. Brought this up to the seller and they appologized and said I could keep the card or return it. I said the card I got was half the price on other auctions and asked for a $70 refund and that I would keep the card. They applied the refund right away with no further discussion. As long as the card works I have no complaints with this transaction. Quick replies and acceptable outcome.
