Everything inside the package appeared new as well, right down to the sealing and the shrink wrap. The computer does not have a scratch on it. It started up immediately in new user mode and I used migration assistant to move my files from my old machine flawlessly. The transaction was flawless. Excellent communication, perfect packing, quick delivery. I could not be more pleased!!!
