    Knox Gelatine equals no knee pain

    Osteobiflex with Knox Gelatin is what I used for years and years, til one day they just decided to stop manufacturing it. I needed to keep my meniscus strong as I weigh 260 lbs. and love to walk cardiovascularly. Knox is the active ingredient, so I ordered it, and no more knee pain, thus I resumed walking again and am keeping blood sugar and blood pressure right with no medication.

    Plain Gelatin

    I like it because it's flavorless and granulated .

    It was recommended to me by a friend who has used it for some time to thicken her hair, and said it worked for her. I can't say it's working for me, but maybe it's doing some good for my body and joints, so i.m not stopping yet ....
