    Seller sent the wrong item and tried to delay our return window by asking 1000 questions on what we received (for an item he sent us) and then continued to blame his supplier instead of fixing anything. We asked to have the corrected item sent, the seller refused. Then the seller wanted us to pay to ship his mistake and wrong item back. 0/10 for everything regarding this seller. VERY disappointed. Seller should be removed from ebay.

    The buyer ordered a part and received exactly what he ordered. However, their vehicle uses a part not listed in any catalogs. Instead of investigating the issue professionally, they shift the blame onto us. The buyer avoids answering clarifying questions and communicates rudely, abusing their position on eBay. They fail to support their claims with facts and choose to express their frustration through an unfair review.
