    The mutes were very dry, old, cracked the instant I tried to put them on. Seller agreed to send replacements. When they came, they were marked postage due $4.71 . They were also mailed in a first class envelope. They needed to at least be in a padded mailer, because the envelope looked quite tattered. No tracking no return address. I have not taken them from the USPS yet because I’m not paying an extra $4.71 for something that wasn’t my fault. Seller slow to respond.
