    Through no fault of the seller, the animal repeller was defective. I contacted the seller who was prompt in responding that they had another unit and asked if they could test it before shipping it. I agreed and the seller even sent photos showing the unit was functioning properly. I received the replacement and it works great! Seller was awesome at communicating.     Awful seller!!! I spent 3x what this figure costs in the stores for a special needs person’s Easter basket ($38) and when it arrived it wasn’t even sent in a box or in anything to protect it! Instead this inflated seller carelessly wrapped it in brown paper and the Star Wars card was damaged badly and bent as well! The seller then mocked me saying he spent $1.99 and charged me $38 for this figure! What a true scam artist! BUYER BEWARE!

    Buyer accepted a "reduced' BIN amount, which required immediate payment, after 3 days of not paying I contacted EBAY and was told to wait 1 more day, I finally received payment on the 4th day. It was my mistake to not wrap the item in a box, but the item was wrapped in shrink and bubble wrap then covered in brown wrapping paper. After harassing me, (4 messages in 30 minutes), on Easter Sunday morning, within 45 minutes of the 1st message, I processed a 50% refund. WATCH OUT FOR THIS BUYER!!!!

    great camera

    This is the second one of these cameras that I have purchased. They are a great little camera for the money. Very crisp image quality, so much so that I have people tell me all the time that I have a great picture on their end. The auto focus and auto white balance work very well and in my office environment I often get up and move around while I am talking and the camera keeps everything in focus. The built in microphone is also handy too with good audio quality, plus it just takes up one USB port for the camera and audio. It is easy to setup and use and you will be in business in less than five minutes. Like I said, this is the second one I have purchased, and if I were ever to need another, I'd buy it again.

    Honest opinion

    Stand could be a lot better with some secure mechanism (it has none). Fair cable length, not to long, not to short. Really easy to set up with the logitech software. The led indicator is nice to have to know when it is recording. You get what you pay for, it is not too good, but it is good, it does it's job. As for the condition it came in: a little scratched box, nothing to worry about, no damage to the product. If you are not using a laptop for this (stand is the problem) and need a kinda cheap and reliable camera I would say go for this. For me it works perfectly.

    Does the job nicely

    I wanted to get the higher end C920S, but they're in high demand these days. Instead I got the C310 in an open (well, smashed) box. In spite of the packaging, the camera was in perfect condition. It was easy to set up. Although the mount doesn't firmly grip the top of my monitor, it stays put if I don't fiddle with it, and works perfectly (good image, good sound) for meetings. I highly recommend downloading the Logitech Camera Settings app, which enables you to tweak the video settings. I don't miss the higher end model at all.

    good low cost webcam! easy setup - works with most software and apps

    good webcam. setup is very simple. Works will all surveillance software I have tried it on! auto zoom on motion detection, auto zoom in and follow faces mode is cool. image quality is decent, could be better at longer distances, but within 8-12' it's very clear. Over 10-15' the image is somewhat grainy but still not terrible. Good camera for around the house, use as webcam or baby monitor. I mounted 2 of these on the outside of my house with plexiglass covers for surveillance and so far they've worked out great. We just went through about 2 weeks of 28-40 degree weather, including a snow/ice storm that left everything frozen for days and these cameras worked flawlessly even though they aren't actually designed for outdoor use...     Pricey, not perfect, but good quality

    This is a much better vidcam than a wide-angle eBay special that I was using previously. Tighter focus means other Zoom participants see a person, not a room. Also, significantly better audio quality. Minuses: no folding cover for the lens, wimpy green LED to show the video is "on" and feeding the computer. Also a minus for Logitech jacking up the price hugely as the pandemic prompted work from home, more virtual meetings, etc.
