They are meticulous when packing the order to ensure the comics don't get damaged in the shipping process. My first order from them got crushed during shipping and the top part of the box got rammed through and it dented all of the comics. These guys took care of me, offered a full refund and I didn't have to ship them back. I just bought another batch of comics from them.
