We hid NOTHING.Leather sweatband is completely & securely attached and still soft and pliable, it’s is NOT dried out or cracking! It does look like it was repaired at some point? Looking at where it attaches to the hat but it’s still completely secured still after the repair. Wrinkle top part of hat, minor. Grosgrain ribbon secured to hat & fairly clean, bit of fraying at end of bow. This has a bit of wear & has been worn. That bound brim edge-wear to it. We saw no loose threads. A bit of a rub on the brim, the spot where ones hand would be when removing the hat. When worn it’s not something that folks will really notice, they will be looking at the beautiful Top Hat. The leather case has normal wear from being over 100 years old. Still very much intact & has the key too. So please look at all the pictures, pictures are part of the description & condition.
