    While the devices are used, they were both in good to very good condition. Shipping cost was reasonable and timely. Price was reasonable. Both seem operational. **CAUTION** The seller lists these as the APC-ES-550. The ones I received are the APC-550, not the ES. Same # of plugs and accepts the same battery. The ES has the Eco feature. I do not need the Eco feature, but still, it is an incorrect description.

    Increased performance.

    I have a 10 year old ASUS desktop with REV 2, I-7 Intel Processor. Computer has triple channel RAM. It came with 9GB. With all the increase capacity of newer programs, the computer was getting pretty slow. I added another 4GB of RAM to these two 4GB strips. I put them in three slots that had 1GB of RAM per slot. This increase my total RAM from 9GB to 18GB. Programs now run considerably faster. I am very pleased with the increase performance the new RAM has produced.

    Fast and good product.
