    The books are beautiful and the seller is fantastic! When the shipping company misdirected the package, I contacted the seller right away and he responded quickly and was very helpful. The package was still delivered within the expected shipping time. The books were wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and arranged very well in the box. I would trust the seller to ship me glass. The books are definitely new and worth more than we paid. I couldn't complain about this experience if I wanted to.

    The product was as advertised. The delivery must've been by mule train though since it came 8 days later than expected. That's not the seller's fault though. It's the USPS's fault. I did think the shipping was a too high though. 20% of cost for shipping by mule is too much.

    Fortigate is a great firewall

    Great firewall. Don't buy the FortiWifi as the internal AP is slow and not worth the extra $$. Plus the software for it is about $100 more than the normal Fortigate 60E. One of my favorite Firewall for Corp, remote or home(overkill, but good).

    Ripped off.

    The product was already registered to someone else. I cannot register the item. It was configured and is password locked and cannot be factory reset. It is unusable.
