I bought the boots but the heels were not low nor were the toes wide & square. The add said "no returns", but I thought the seller would allow me to send them back because the description was their mistake and clearly incorrect. They corrected the ad then told me, I would have to pay all expenses for their mistake. Be very cautious with this seller. His customer service is very poor.
