    The clock arrived very well packaged but I couldn’t get it to work. I contacted the seller for advice but they just said it was working before shipping. Clearly they had no idea how the WW2 clock worked. It took 13 messages to get the seller to agree to a refund. They kept offering a ‘partial’ and asking me to keep it which I wasn’t interested in or ignoring my messages. I would not recommend them This was a 70th birthday present and so disappointing to receive a faulty item
