    My opinion is the seller’s behavior is unethical. I spent $195.71 and received a worthless piece of junk and the seller didn’t show even the slightest remorse. When I informed him that this unit was defective he stated that because the listing said it was “UNTESTED” it absolved him from any responsibility for selling worthless junk for the same price as a functional item. He could have easily tested the unit with a simple 9 volt battery.
