The instrument is in practically immaculate condition, it was really well wrapped and protected and shipped very fast. It was every bit as described, and considering the condition of the instrument and the solidity of the case a great value. My mail man flopped the package down from chest height on my stoop and I was worried about damage. Thankfully there was none! But maybe a "handle with care" or fragile sign on packaging might prevent anybody getting careless carriers damaging their items.
