After inspecting the watch it had multiple problems. Mark and scratches on the casing and mostly on the bracelet. I tried to buff a few links with no luck. Its my opinion this was a used watched. Dial was great and case was in "good" shape so I contacted the seller to see if I could get a replacement bracelet. Turns out he really doesn't' deal in many watches.
