    Great seller communication. Really nice guitar, delivered quickly. USPS did its usual job of rough handling the package resulting in a crunched factory box and a broken bridge. I glued the bridge part back on, so no worries there. Axe Heaven doesn't pack their guitars very well--the stand just jostles around causing havoc inside the box. Damage was not seller's fault; that was Axe Heaven's sub-par packing job (and of course USPS).
