    TLDR - seller lists things that they don't have for sale and doesn't issue a refund: SCAM! Ordered items July 31. UPS tracking number provided Aug 1. Contacted seller Aug 7 because nothing shipped. Seller said it shipped USPS (not UPS). Contacted seller Aug 12 for an update - said "no luck". Asked seller what they would do. Aug 13 seller said "issuing refund". Aug 14 no refund, so opening a case with eBay, and here's the bad feedback for the horrible service.
