        Sci-fi Cop Show.

        I haven't seen this series since it was new. This series is best seen after watching the Alien Nation movie. The series picks up where the movie ended. There's not a lot of `rehashing the origins of the aliens. This series could replace the aliens with minorities it would still hold up. It's more about the characters learning to live together in a community. The sc-fi aspect of the series is like the frosting on the cake. If you like science fiction and cop shows, you'll enjoy this series. Highly recommended.

        its a show I love but the set I got was not clear so I sent it back and got my money but its a very good show and is good for all ages 1 day ill try to buy it again but from some 1 else when it was on tv I could not wait till the next show

        Great show and weird disks

        It is not a lot of episodes but I loved seeing it again. It is so entertaining, well written and so much imagination. It was a used set but no problems. This set is a bit different that others I have had. There are 2 episodes on both sides of the disk. And it doesn't show the next episode till you go back to the menu. Once I figured that out, everything worked out well. Good set and good seller

        COMPLETELY AWESOME THEN AND NOW!

        It's almost disturbing how relevant this series is to the issues facing America today. Makes you wonder how far we really have come. Having said that. . . .this is a phenomenal series! I loved it back in the day and watching it over again now, I love it even more. If you don't know - this is a series is about a group of outer space aliens, housed a slave ship by overlords, which crash lands in L.A. and must live on earth with all its biases and prejudices about these "Newcomers". I highly recommend it because the characters are true to life, engaging, and even funny! The plots lines are SOOO much better than what I see on TV today. Believe me, you will enjoy this series which is the brain-child of sci-fi writer Rockne O'Bannon.

        The title doesn't give away what is inside of the stories told .

        I use to watch Alien Nation on tv but I never thought that I would own the whole series . This is terrific !
