I requested they send me the item I purchased to which they argued that the item was sent in the envelope. I asked them to tell me the weight of the total delivery and they replied 15g, which I verified was the total weight of the envelope and paperwork they sent me on my scales. They stole from me and insinuated that I lied to them. This first time i ever had to phone ebay customer service and ask for help. I wasted a month of my time with this seller. The seller Sent 2 humbucker covers not as as described. The seller admitted to me that their staff are untrained and don't know the difference. The seller was rude, devious and unwilling to help resolve the problem.
