Baltz’ Dry Goods store in Calumetville, WI is in fair to good Antique condition with no cracks, very minor crazing and only flea bite chips on the rim. There are stains on both sides, areas where the green luster has been lost and knife scratches on the transfer print. The plate has a printed mark on the underside reading, “D.E. McNicol, East Liverpool, O.” Please review the photographs which are part of this condition description.”
