Unfortunately with the switching from Fed Ex to USPS delivery it ended up at the wrong place and although eBay said it was delivered at 11:49 AM it didn't show up until late evening. I don't even know who ended up delivering it. Switching from one carrier to USPS mid-stream is a challenge for them to get right. The idler arm seems to be of high quality and it is a good value.
