    A Worthy Installment In The Resident Evil Series

    Resident Evil Code: Veronica X remains one of the very best Resident Evil games. Being the first to move away from pre-rendered backgrounds and going with fully modeled 3D environments, it suffers slightly in the 'atmosphere' department when compared to the first three games (a bit of graphical fidelity is lost as well), although the fixed camera angles are still there, and the new shifting camera angles do add a lot of suspense and drama. As for character and story, Code: Veronica X does not disappoint, broadening the series mythology and deepening the characters we've known for three games now a bit more while adding some new ones. Gameplay is just what you'd expect-- exploration, close quarter combat, puzzles, limited resources, inventory management, and those beloved tank controls ...

    RE Code Veronica is so good it shoulda been RE4!!!!

    I absolutely love this game. I never owned it as a kid (early 2000s) because it was so hooked on RE2 and RE3. I highly recommend this game for any Resident Evil fan. You will feel right at home with Code Veronica
