    RTX 4090 came exactly as described, so far runs great. Seller said it was used in good condition with a bit of dust, no original box, and just the GPU. Was fairly priced compared to the rest of the current market. It looks great and didn't look like it was tampered with. It runs smoothly, can hardly see the scratches from use, and the storage is wonderful. Its looks brand new.
