Even though it was refurbished it looked brand new out the box. I have a dog with skin conditions and the difference since getting this vacuum has been night and day. And for the price this is honestly a steal. This has been the best purchase I have made in years. I could not recommend this enough.

Now after about 3 weeks the battery will not hold a charge for longer than 30 minutes before it goes back to the base to recharge. Then we wait for several hours and it will take off again. It goes though this about 4 times before my house is vacuumed and swept. Not happy at all with the battery on this machine. I would not recommend it for less than 800sqft.

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Based on this experience I would recommend this seller.

Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.
