Seller & myself thought the package was lost which resulted in a refund to me. The day after the refund was issued, the package showed up. This is so unfair to sellers. Anyway, the brochure looks brand new. Free shipping & was packed very well in a plastic card case. I applaud the integrity of this seller & will somehow make this right for him in the future.
