I don't understand if it was left somewhere in the rain because at the point of delivery to me,it wasn't raining when the driver left it outside before l could open the door ,he has dropped the parcel and left.l wouldn't have collected the parcel in that state if l had opened the door earlier. I sent a message to the seller but was ignored.
