    Je suis très satisfaite de l'envoi (sauf le délai : un peu long !) et de l'emballage soignés de l'objet (en l'occurence un livre). Il a été parfaitement protégé afin de parer à tout choc éventuel. Ce dernier est tout à fait conforme à la description qu'en a fait le vendeur dans son annonce. L'état du livre est impeccable et j'en suis réjouie. Seul petit bémol : le montant trop élevé des frais de livraison ! Mais peut-être que ce sont les là les frais réels ? En conclusion : MERCI à KIENLAND !
