When they listed this item, “no returns” was something stipulated, so by right they didn’t have to refund my $. I was prepared to find a friend with a 9.5 foot, or just re-list them once I got them. However none of that was necessary once I mentioned the list error. They quickly refunded my $ and were cool about it, even though by right they didn’t have to. 10/10 would buy from these folks again
