I asked for assistance from the seller and he was very condescending and defensive for no reason. He even stated that I never purchased the item from him and asked why was I contacting him, he claiming that it was sold to another account even after I showed proof of my eBay/paypal receipt. Eventually I got the item. It was a waste of time contacting him for assistance.

The conversation quickly turned to telling me "the kind of person I am" for not paying for his mistake and says he'll "cancel my order," which he can't do per TOS. Refusing to ship...have to get eBay involved.
