      what i like and dont like

      well this is a great little unit and the price is write it does pick up great the only thing is in the pre programed chanels there are to meny other agencys comming through that are not intertesting i only use police and fire in the pre program mode there is also to much stattic out side noise and interferance

      Cool Scanner if it works

      the scanner looks cool smaller than i thought it was allways wanted one .but the antanna that it comes with will not pick up any thing here on the mountain who would of thunk!! do i recommend it I cant say. is it a good value if it works it is .. is it good quality it looks like it .. I would of never thought it wouldent get any thing at all

      Nice scanner

      I have several scanners. All different models and I like every one I own. I have Several in my Ham Shack, one in my workshop, one in the living room, and this one is mounted in my Pickup truck. (I enjoy the hobby of radio) It's nice and loud. The sound is very clear. I use a glass mounted antenna and it picks perfect signals, and a lot of em. It's really easy to program and If you are looking for a really nice scanner at a really good price, I think you should just buy it. That's my opinion.

      Good scanner

      It's a good scanner I use it in my vehicle. The only down fall is that the speaker isn't as loud and needs a little more base to it for the receiving end is high pitched but it picks up well just the receiving end needs to be more clear
