The authors explain and demonstrate the key absolute and relative valuation methods that are important to both the analyst valuing a company and the student of finance seeking to master valuation techniques. The books many examples involving actual companies help the reader better appreciate nuances in the application of different valuation methods. This book is an excellent primer on the art of valuation." Pamela Peterson Drake, PhD, CFA, Chandler/Universal Eminent Professor of Finance, James Madison University "Valuation is a bridge between stories and numbers. Equity Asset Valuation provides the tools and basic techniques that you need to master to be able to build that bridge and it does so without intimidating jargon, unnecessary theory and unwanted distractions." Aswath Damodaran, Professor of Finance, Stern School of Business, New York University "In order to succeed as a security analyst it is critically important to have a thorough understanding of the basic fundamental underpinnings of valuation. Excellent prices on used books in great condition. Shipped out quickly. Product condition is accurate to rating in listing. Thanks! NOTE: For this particular book (I ordered several), it came in a soft cover rather than hard cover as the listing stated. I contacted the seller and they responded promptly. They agreed that it was a listing error and provided me with a full refund for this book (without return required) proving they are both a responsible and trustworthy seller.

This book arrived within the time period given and was in the 'very good' condition described. Unfortunately, only being packaged in a plastic bag to traverse the Atlantic meant that all four corners got a battering (I would be happy to pay bit more in future for a bit of cardboard support in packaging) but all in all, the price was good and overall service for books that are difficult to get over here, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this seller. Will buy again from them.
