(See pictures.) I reached out to the seller, asking only for a refund on the shipping, and the options they gave me were to return the item at my own expense or to contact the post office. The packaging was minimal at best. I explained that if the contents were damaged she could return it at my expense for a full refund. The item was packaged well as evidenced by the contents not being damaged despite the USPS treatment of it. Damage to the outside of a box, not the contents, is the fault of the USPS. I recommended she take it to here local Post Office which she apparently did not do. See my other feedback please.
