      Good quality, easy to set up

      Good quality, easy to set up. My old laptop speakers stopped working, so I had to look around for a new set. My wife had bought this set a while back and hers works very well. I am very pleased with the sound. The price was decent too.

      I really wanted to like this set of speakers. It has the capability of sounding awesome, but the one I bought has a very low audible hum and hiss when nothing is playing. I thought the noise was coming from my computer at first, but I also tried it out using my portable music player and the noise is still there. It also crackles at certain frequencies. I first thought that the satellite speakers was bad. So, I hooked up another set of speakers on the speaker's output located in the back of the subwoofer's box, and those speakers crackled as well. I believe my set just came with a defective amp. Also It runs hot and has no power switch to turn it off. In conclusion, I heard that the sound of these speakers were top-notch for the money, but when I did further ...

      Probably the best PC speakers ever made.

      My first experience with the Klipsch pro media 2.1 speaker system was back in 2005 when I worked for Best Buy. We had gotten a set and I was quite impressed with how powerful they were and their build quality. I decided to buy a pair of them approximately 10 years ago to go with my computer build. They played long and hard and strong for 10 years and accompanied me when I moved into my new house approximately five years ago. Unfortunately, the subwoofer blew for some reason months ago, and I suppose it was time to replace them. Interestingly enough: the price of this model really hasn’t decreased that much. They still cost between 100- $130 on the Internet. I decided rather than get something else to simply replace them since I’m so happy with the way they perform. I bought this ...

      Great sound for the price!

      Great sound for the price! Had they had these back when I first got my computer, I never would have used the Harmon Kardons! 200 watts is a BIG jump from 30! And I can control the subwoofer from the desk speaker, something I couldn't do with the old set I had. I don't regret purchasing these at all. As a matter of fact, I WANT to play music 🎶 on my computer 🖥 more often because of the good sounds now! I'm happy!
