Given the very low price of the item I wasn't expecting much more than absolute basics in a used unit with wear and tear; when I alerted them to the breakage there was no argument, they wrote back promising a refund right then and there. I am sure it left their site intact but they assumed responsibility, the mark of an excellent seller.
