- l***4 (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI had a great experience. The laptop arrived quickly, was well packed in a sturdy box with good materials, and it matched the specs in the listing. Tom was quick to answer when I had a question, and included photos in the response. This was a great value, and I'll definitely shop here again. Thanks!
- _***w (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis system that arrived was not the pictured system, but exactly the same make/model and when selling a stack of them, I can see how things would get mixed up. The laptop was in honestly near perfect condition, and things that looked bad in the photos, just wiped off, or were just lighting artifacts. The delivery was great, and the packaging was first rate. I really apricate the extra information and all items (with a bonus microfiber cloth) being included as described. Great Seller!
- a***b (65)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis Seller needs 5 gold stars! I contacted the Seller with a complaint that I didn't have WIFI on my purchased laptop, he responded almost immediately. He gave me helpful information plus ways to connect the WIFI. I found that the gentleman was absolutely correct. I called for service on the cable and modem, my service was the problem. The laptop is just as described, I'm thrilled with my purchase! Thank you so much Tom!
