Over priced, not high quality
Plastic feels cheap and battery door is somewhat thin so I feel it will break with repeated use and you will have to remove the batteries if you're not going to use it for awhile because there does not appear to be an On and Off switch or button that completely turns it off. The spring coils for the battery compartment are rather thin and cheap. I think this is over priced for what it is. Also last Sony update made the Intervalometer function available in camera for the a7 mark 3 series of cameras so what you have is an expensive release cable unless you have an older Sony that can use the mini USB cable connector. No power button
Everything works as expected and it’s easy to use just plug and play. However it seems like a design flaw that there is no power button, seems to turn off you have to remove batteries, that’s a little odd. Or maybe I just don’t know how to turn it off?
