Excellent seller. First, this is the most incredible bargain in audiophile tube amps on the planet. This thing is amazing. Second, High End Audio Auctions answered all my questions quickly and succinctly. I will certainly trade with them again. The amp was packed in the manufacturer's unopened and unmolested packaging. Had I bought it direct from English Acoustics I would not have received a better product, but I would have paid more than $3,200 more. Excellent!!!!
