Too Easy !
I'm a 36 year old diesel mechanic that's been tinkering with dirtbikes and 4-wheelers since I was 12. It's always been a pain trying to tune a carb after a few mods...the biggest being where to start and hoping not to have to take the carb out more than 2 or three times. I recently purchased a 2002 400ex. It seemed to run pretty good but had a little "hickup" when you jammed the throttle but then it seemed to pull through the gears okay. So I start searching for jet kits, reading forums and talking to friends. Then I run across Sigma and thought why not try it. The kit comes in the mail in about 3 days. I open it up and find very detailed instructions along with a complete break down diagram of the carb...no service manual needed...nice! They tell where to set your idle mixture, what jets ...
