I work in an ER 800MHz p25 is spoty at best. I have tried many antennas including remtronix and a yagi. So far this has been the best. Out side the hospital it's Evan better. Please remember, if you have obstacle or terrain issue, there is no antenna that fix this problem. You will need height and/or an obstacle free area. Some radio operators have recommended putting the antenna in the attic or crawl space for more elevation.
