    Omron 760N is a good value

    I ordered the 760N here, and purchased a 710N at a local store. The later had a softer cuff. Having high bp, the intellisense feature on both units did not function correctly. I had my bp checked at my doctor's office on a commercial unit, and the feature didn't work correctly on their model either. The readings on the 710N were inconsistent, so I returned it. The 760N model, with the stiff cuff, seems do give reliable results. I have to hold the button to force an initial reading 40 points above my suspected bp in order to get accurate readings. Doing this, the readings are repeatable. The unit is easy to use. It has a feature for storing readings for two users, but I have not used it.

    Just not for me.

    I have always used a wrist BP machine but I was told they weren’t as accurate as the upper arm machine. When I received my Omron machine I used both to compare and they were very close in the readings. When I used the Omron it really hurt my arm almost to the point where I couldn’t stand it. I saw no adjustment so that it wouldn’t put so much pressure on the arm. It is a good product, but it’s too hurty for me.

    Awesome, very happy with my new toy.

    It takes your measurement quiet,slowly and accurate. It's small,but with great features, like monitoring your heart rithm(irregular heartbeat), also shows your blood pressure and heart rate with the date and time in a format that you have a choice, plus it's inexpensive, in general awesome and I recommend this product with all my trust.

    Omron - Great for tracking high blood pressure!

    This is very easy to use! Great for someone who wants to monitor their blood pressure. This device maintains several readings with date and time stamp so you can best track changes and patterns. Batteries make it portable so you can take it anywhere it's needed without needing an electrical outlet. Blue Tooth options are a big plus! Omron devices have been rated as highly accurate and a very good quality on-line. So far I agree and would highly recommend the Omron 7 series!

    Cost is less and safer than Rx drugs

    My doctor recommended I purchase a cuff and monitor my blood pressure since it was high during office visit. The Omron 7 was affordable and easy to set up and use. After a week I found out that the 2 large cups of strong coffee I was drinking in the morning was the culprit. Not only is my BP is normal throughout the day, I have successfully lowered it even further by increasing exercise and controlling diet.
