Because of my university mailroom having issues the package was returned to sender, the seller re-shipped it free of charge. Item was well packaged. There was one loose nut causing the magnetic stirring feature to not function, I'm guessing this was due to the item being shipped across the country three times. I tightened the nut and the item works perfectly.
